SILVER CT SDN BHD（以下简称「我们」）尊重并重视您的隐私。本隐私政策说明我们在您使用本网站 （购物、注册会员、参与直播、联系客服等）时，会收集哪些个人资料、如何使用与保护这些资料， 以及您依据马来西亚《2010 年个人数据保护法令》（Personal Data Protection Act 2010, PDPA） 所享有的权利。使用本网站即表示您同意本政策所述的处理方式。

我们收集的资料

  • 会员注册资料：姓名、电话号码、电邮地址、收货地址、性别、生日
  • 订单与交易资料：购买商品明细、收货资讯、付款证明截图、订单状态
  • 客服与互动记录：客服聊天室、会员聊天室里的对话与上传的图片/影片
  • 直播互动资料：若您选择在会员中心连接自己的 YouTube 频道 ID 或 Facebook 帐号， 我们会记录该帐号 ID，用来在直播留言下单（例如留言商品编号或 +1）时， 自动比对您的会员身份并把商品加入您的购物车
  • Cookie 与本地存储：我们使用一个储存语言偏好设定的必要性 Cookie， 以及浏览器本地存储（localStorage）来暂存访客购物车内容，方便您浏览网站

我们如何使用您的资料

  • 处理与配送您的订单，确认付款
  • 建立与管理您的会员帐号、积分与优惠券
  • 回复您在客服/会员聊天室的询问
  • 在直播销售时，把您留言表达的下单意图对应到您的会员帐号与购物车
  • 改善网站功能与购物体验
  • 遵守法律规定，或在必要时保护我们与用户的合法权益

我们不会将您的个人资料出售给第三方，也不会用于与上述目的无关的行销用途。

资料的存放与第三方服务

您的资料储存在 Supabase（数据库与会员认证服务商）上，网站本身由 Vercel 负责托管， 两者都是国际知名的云端服务商，并采用业界标准的加密传输（HTTPS）与访问控制来保护资料安全。 会员密码经过加密处理，我们与我们委托的服务商都无法直接看到您的原始密码。

若您选择连接 YouTube/Facebook 帐号，我们只会读取该平台公开提供的频道 ID、 用户名称与您在直播中留下的公开留言，用来做上述的下单比对，不会读取您在该平台的私人资料， 也不会把您的个人资料回传给这些平台。

如订单需要配送，我们会把必要的收货资讯（姓名、电话、地址）提供给负责运送的物流/快递公司， 仅限用于完成配送。

资料保留期限

我们会在您的会员帐号有效期间保留您的资料；若您要求删除帐号或资料， 我们会在完成必要的法律/财务记录保存义务（例如订单与交易记录）后，删除或匿名化处理不再需要的个人资料。

您的权利

依据马来西亚《2010 年个人数据保护法令》，您有权：

  • 查询我们是否持有您的个人资料，以及索取副本
  • 要求更正不准确或不完整的资料（也可以直接在会员中心自行修改大部分资料）
  • 要求删除您的帐号资料，或取消 YouTube/Facebook 帐号连接
  • 撤回您先前给予的同意（可能影响我们提供部分服务的能力）
  • 限制或反对我们在特定情况下处理您的资料

Reel Radar——我们营运的另一项服务

除了本网站，我们也营运 Reel Radar，一个社交媒体内容监控、分析与整理平台。 以下内容以英文列出该平台如何处理透过所连接的社交媒体帐号取得的资料， 与您在 SILVER CT 的会员、订单或购物资料无关。

Reel Radar — A Separate Service We Operate

Separately from this website, we also operate Reel Radar, a social media content monitoring, analysis, and organization platform. The section below describes how Reel Radar handles information obtained through connected social media accounts — it is unrelated to, and does not affect, your SILVER CT membership, orders, or shopping data.

Meta Platform Data

Reel Radar may allow authorized users to connect supported social media accounts, Pages, or other social media assets to our system. Where a user chooses to connect a Meta account, Page, or other supported Meta service, our application may access information made available through the Meta Platform APIs according to the permissions granted to our application. Depending on the permissions granted and the features used, Reel Radar may process information such as:

  • Facebook Page information
  • Instagram account or professional account information, where supported
  • Posts, Reels, videos, captions, and other publicly available content
  • Comments and other engagement information
  • Content performance or engagement metrics made available through authorized Meta APIs
  • Information required to authenticate and maintain the connection between the user's account and our services
  • Other information specifically made available through the Meta APIs and required for the requested functionality

We only access and process information that is reasonably necessary to provide the functions requested or enabled by the user.

Purpose of Using Social Media Data

Information obtained through Meta Platforms may be used to:

  1. Monitor and organize social media content
  2. Analyze Reels, posts, and other social media content
  3. Provide content discovery and monitoring functions
  4. Display authorized content and related information within the Reel Radar dashboard
  5. Analyze available engagement and performance information
  6. Help users identify, review, and manage relevant social media content
  7. Provide automation and management functions requested by the user
  8. Maintain, troubleshoot, secure, and improve the operation of our services

We do not sell Meta Platform Data to third parties. We do not use Meta Platform Data for purposes unrelated to the functionality provided by our services unless otherwise permitted by applicable law, the user, or the relevant platform policies.

Reel and Content Analysis

Reel Radar may process social media content and related publicly available information to provide content analysis and monitoring features. Depending on the functionality used, the system may analyze information such as content titles, captions, descriptions, engagement information, publication information, and other data made available through authorized platform APIs. The purpose of such processing is to help users understand, organize, monitor, and evaluate social media content.

User Authorization

Only users who have the appropriate authorization may connect a Facebook Page, Instagram account, or other supported social media account to Reel Radar. Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights and authorization to connect and manage the social media accounts or Pages they use with our services. Our system does not intentionally request access to social media accounts beyond the permissions required for the functions enabled by the user.

Social Media Account Connection

When a user connects a supported social media account, our system may receive authentication information, access tokens, or similar credentials required to maintain the connection. Such credentials are used only to provide authorized functionality and are protected using reasonable security measures. Users may disconnect their social media accounts from our services at any time where the relevant functionality is available. After disconnection, we will take reasonable steps to stop accessing information through the revoked connection, subject to technical, legal, security, or legitimate retention requirements.

Data Retention

Social media information processed by Reel Radar may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the requested services, maintain user settings, provide historical analysis, maintain system security, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, or improve the reliability of the service. Where information is no longer required, we may delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it in accordance with our data retention practices.

Third-Party Infrastructure

Reel Radar may use third-party infrastructure and service providers to operate the platform, including hosting, databases, authentication, analytics, storage, security, and other technical services. Such providers may process information on our behalf only to the extent necessary to operate, maintain, secure, or provide the services. Our infrastructure may include services such as Vercel, Supabase, Meta Platforms, and other service providers used by our application.

Data Deletion and Revocation

Users may request deletion of personal information or information associated with their use of Reel Radar. Users may also request the removal of information obtained through connected Meta accounts or revoke access to their connected social media accounts. To request deletion, users may contact us using the contact information provided in this Privacy Policy. Upon receiving a valid request, we will take reasonable steps to delete the applicable information, subject to information that we are legally required or permitted to retain.

Meta Platform Compliance

Our use of information obtained through Meta Platforms is intended to comply with applicable Meta Platform Terms, Developer Policies, and other applicable requirements. We only use Meta Platform Data for purposes permitted by the applicable platform policies and the permissions granted to our application.

Changes to Reel Radar Services

Reel Radar may introduce additional features or integrations in the future. Where such changes materially affect the way personal information or social media platform data is processed, we may update this Privacy Policy accordingly. Users are encouraged to review this Privacy Policy periodically for updates.
